Selling

I love listings! The ability to make a property look its very best, with attractive photos and a detailed description, is something I take a lot of pride in. All of my listings receive professional photography and the best marketing in the business. I welcome you to compare some of my past listings with those of any other agents out there:

One of the biggest differences with me is that I will put the time in. Have you ever inquired about a property and ended up finding out that the only showing they'll accommodate is for one hour, on a single day, then you show up and there are dozens of people waiting to get in? How does that make for a good experience for a prospective buyer? How many people decide it's not even worth putting an offer in - or even worse, how many people will see a line of people at an open house and say "forget it", and don't even bother looking at the property? Is this agent doing their very best to get their seller the highest offer?

This is one thing that drove me up a wall in this most recent inventory crunch - agents who are getting paid for a full service listing but unwilling to put more than an hour of their time into showing the property. It's my promise to you as a seller that I will ALWAYS show my listings - personally - as many times as prospective buyers request, and that you as the seller allow.

I also refuse to sell you on the "list 10% low" tactic in order to facilitate multiple offers. More often than not, the property that another agent listed for 10% below market value only sells for 5-10% higher than list price (read: not over market value). If you want ABOVE market value in a sellers market, list it at market value!
